British Swan Family

On a trip to London, England to visit my brother, I found myself in a park of all places. Yes, I did visit museums, the crown jewels, the massive buildings along the river, attended plays, checked out the night scene at a club (very briefly), and a lot of "city" tourism spots but as usual, I was more comfortable out in nature. While sitting on a park bench while a friend did some foraging, I took photos of the mother swan with her family. I was told that she had already lost a few babies to predators. I just loved the colors in the water as it reflected the sky and plants around it. I feel this painting evokes feelings of family, love, and nurturing.
